Annulation Fee:

In case of cancellations of a flight day more than 24 hours in advance, no compensation is due. Exceptions are costs already incurred for this flying day (e.g. positioning, ...). In case of cancellations between 24hr and 12hr before the flight day, half a day will be charged. There are no cancellations possible less than 12hr prior. In this case the entire booked flight period will be due.

Fees:

• Budgetary, a flying day is regarded as max 10hrs of duty or 4 legs. If the max 10hrs duty and max 4 legs are exceeded or 2 different missions in one day, a half day allowance will be charged extra. When providing an extra flight day, outside the planned and approved schedule, a double day-fee will be charged.
• The home base is Antwerp. If a flight doesn't start or end at Antwerp, an allowance will be charged. This allowance is 1/10th of a day fee. The distance to drive is max 100km or 2hrs drive, for departures as well as for arrivals.
• Costs made by BV S.T.AM.S. will be charged +10%
• Positioning- and training days (academical-, ground-, flight training) will be charged as a complete flight day, at the agreed day fee.
